Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey have welcomed a second daughter into their family, with the couple announcing on Instagram Wednesday that they are "officially complete" after the arrival of baby Philomena. The "Big Bang Theory" alum, 40, and her Emmy-winning fiancé, 44, shared the news along with a flurry of newborn photos, confirming months of anticipation since revealing the pregnancy over the summer. Cuoco gave birth on Monday, October 12, according to Hello Magazine and Extra, who reviewed the couple's social media posts.

Welcome to the Family, "Philo"

The couple named their second child Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey, a sibling for 3-year-old Matilda Carmine Pelphrey, born in March 2023. Cuoco wrote that she was "so grateful for the crazy wild up and down journey" that led to their "little Philo," adding it was "time to bring Matilda's baby home" and that the family was "officially complete." "There are no words to describe this feeling once again," she wrote, before thanking Pelphrey directly: "life exploded the minute we met, and the gifts keep coming."

Pelphrey, who won his first Primetime Emmy in September while a visibly pregnant Cuoco watched from the audience, posted his own tribute to the newest arrival: "Another miracle. Welcome to our family, youngest queen!"

The pair, who met in 2022 and announced their engagement in August 2024, have been candid about building a blended family life away from the spotlight. Pelphrey told Extra backstage at the Emmys last month that he intended to be a stay-at-home dad, saying home life had already become "life-changing" and "magical" with Matilda before the new baby even arrived.

Cuoco, previously married to equestrian Karl Cook and before that to tennis player Ryan Sweeting, has spoken about how unexpected her romance with Pelphrey — an "Ozark" and "Task" actor — turned out to be. The couple first announced they were expecting their second child in June with a gender-reveal cake, as The Irish News noted, setting off months of fan speculation that ended with Wednesday's reveal.

Neither Cuoco nor Pelphrey has said when the family plans to step back into public view, though both are expected to keep working. For now, fans are left cooing over the first photos of Philo and the family of four settling in at home.
