Gypsy Rose Blanchard is speaking out about the death of her boyfriend, Ken Urker, who was found dead at his home in Raceland, Louisiana, on his 34th birthday earlier this month. Blanchard told People that Urker died of a drug overdose and that she doesn't know whether it was intentional, adding that "he was not in a good state of mind lately." The Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office has said only that it found no evidence of foul play; deputies reported finding syringes and a powdery substance in the bathroom, and a syringe and handgun on the nightstand near where Urker was found. No official cause of death has been announced, and the investigation remains open.
