The Los Angeles mansion Diane Keaton designed and built for herself has officially sold for $18 million, according to TMZ, closing roughly $11 million under its original $28.9 million list price. The 9,219-square-foot, five-bedroom farmhouse was inspired by Keaton's childhood love of "The Three Little Pigs" and famously used 75,000 hand-selected 18th-century bricks sourced from Chicago.

Keaton bought the property in 2011 for $4.7 million and later custom-built the home, chronicling the design process in her 2017 book "The House That Pinterest Built." Josh Flagg of Compass represented the listing; Emil Schneeman of Berkshire Hathaway represented the buyer. Keaton died in October 2025.
