The custody battle between "Dancing With the Stars" pro Gleb Savchenko and his ex-wife, Elena Samodanova, escalated this week after Samodanova asked authorities to help locate Savchenko and their teenage daughter, prompting a sharp denial from his camp calling the claim a "total lie," according to TMZ.

The dispute traces back to a July emergency custody filing in which Savchenko accused Samodanova of keeping their daughters in Hong Kong since 2023, in violation of a 2023 post-judgment agreement that allowed the girls to live there "temporarily" for one year. Samodanova has denied the allegations, saying Hong Kong is now their daughter's home.
