Selena Gomez has parted with her Encino mansion, the sprawling property that fans of "Selena + Chef" will recognize as the kitchen where she cooked alongside José Andrés, Roy Choi and Ludo Lefebvre. The home sold Tuesday for $5.4 million, according to TMZ, more than $1 million below the $6.495 million asking price it carried when it hit the market in May.

Gomez and husband Benny Blanco, whom she married in September 2025, purchased a $35 million Beverly Hills estate together before listing the Encino property.
