A new account of Hayden Panettiere's final moments has emerged, with her boyfriend Brian Hickerson's brother Zach saying Brian administered Narcan and performed CPR on her before paramedics arrived, according to TMZ.

Zach Hickerson said he found Panettiere unresponsive, called 911 and kept the dispatcher on speakerphone while he and Brian performed CPR, per The Hollywood Reporter. She was pronounced dead at 2:32 p.m. after first responders arrived.
