Pregnant Ciara proved runway-ready on Oct. 3, walking in the Junya Watanabe show at Paris Fashion Week with her bare baby bump on full display. According to E! News' recap of the appearance, the singer wore a plum crop top and matching leggings with pink panel accents, layered under a khaki cape-style trench coat, topped off with a black baseball cap, a studded statement belt and red heels. For a second look, she swapped the trench and cap for a dramatic chandelier-style headdress that fell to her knees.

Ciara and husband Russell Wilson announced the pregnancy — her fifth child, their fourth together — on Sept. 6 with a photo captioned "One more person to Love." Wilson had campaigned publicly for baby No. 5 for months, telling reporters in July, "I want to have five, Ciara does too... Hopefully, I can convince her." The couple already share three children, plus Ciara's 12-year-old son from a previous relationship.
