An Arizona woman has filed a civil lawsuit in Maricopa County Superior Court accusing Pretty Ricky member Spectacular Smith of sexual assault and battery. Alexis Dieng alleges Smith messaged her on Instagram in October 2025 under the guise of recommending restaurants, then assaulted her at a residence, including applying pressure to her neck.

Her attorney, Benjamin Taylor, said the suit seeks to "seek justice for our client." Smith has not publicly responded to a request for comment.
