The divorce between "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband, PK Kemsley, escalated this week with new court filings. Dorit had asked for more than $40,000 a month in combined child and spousal support, plus nearly $350,000 in retroactive payments, but PK's lawyers countered that he should pay just $581 a month in child support and no spousal support at all, according to TMZ.

PK's filing claims Dorit "controls when, and whether" their two children, ages 10 and 12, see him, and alleges she denied him time on Father's Day in both 2025 and 2026 while posting about "deadbeat dads" to her 1.7 million Instagram followers. His team also argues Dorit out-earns him and spent eight weeks in Europe — including a castmate's wedding in Ghana and a week in Ibiza — while the kids stayed with her parents, per Reality Tea.

Dorit has not yet formally responded to the new filing. The pair, married for nearly a decade, have been separated for almost two years.
