Zach Bryan's Shirt Sends A Message At Kraft's Own Stadium
The country star wore a "Free Palestine" shirt onstage at Robert Kraft's Gillette Stadium, days after Macklemore's pro-Palestinian stance got him pulled from Ed Sheeran's tour there.
Zach Bryan made a statement without saying a word Friday night. Performing at Gillette Stadium on his "With Heaven" tour, Bryan and several bandmates took the stage in matching "Free Palestine" shirts.
The timing raised eyebrows: Gillette is owned by Patriots owner Robert Kraft, who reportedly pushed to have rapper Macklemore dropped from Ed Sheeran's since-postponed Gillette shows after Macklemore shouted "Free Palestine" and performed "Hind's Hall" with Gaza footage behind him at an earlier MetLife Stadium gig.
TMZ reports Kraft's camp did not respond to a request for comment on Bryan's wardrobe choice.
