David Oulehla, manager of Czech club FK Ústí nad Labem, became an unlikely global meme after a post-match interview following a 3-2 home loss to SFC Opava on October 9.

Throughout the exchange with club presenter Sabina Jakšová, Oulehla kept his eyes fixed straight ahead, never once glancing her way — a moment IBTimes UK and Mediaweek both covered as it spread across social media.

Viewers flooded the comments with jokes about marital self-preservation, and the clip was picked up by outlets from Brazil to the Middle East, turning a middling result for a lower-league Czech side into an internet sensation.
