San Francisco 49ers owner and CEO Jed York was arrested in East Palestine, Ohio, after investigators with the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force said he responded to an online ad and arranged a $140 encounter. York was booked into the Columbiana County Jail and released on $5,000 bond.

Prosecutors quickly amended the original engaging-in-prostitution charge, and York pleaded no contest Monday to misdemeanor disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools. He was sentenced to two days in jail, one already served, plus $1,150 in fines. The arrest, first reported over the weekend, came just three months after York filed for divorce from his wife.

The NFL confirmed the incident will be reviewed under its personal conduct policy, though the league has not announced any discipline against the longtime team owner.
